Migr8 User Help
Using Handheld PC
Low Resolution Limitations
There are a few limitations when using a Low Resolution device
such as a PDA or Handheld PC. The main problem is viewing data that
has been formated for larger screens. Migr8 will attempt to format
data to be viewable in the most useful way. The low resolution
version of Migr8 is designed to reduce the amount of data input
needed while making it as flexible as possible.
Getting an internet connection
HandHeld PCs and PDAs can connect using their own modem and
wireless connection or through an IR port to a mobile
communications device such as a WAP mobile phone. Often user
interfaces for gaining an internet connection mimick that of their
high resolution counterparts.
